ELEANOR OLIPHANT IS COMPLETELY FINE by GAIL HONEYMAN is an absolutely brilliant, witty, inspiring, charming, unforgettable, and an impressive debut novel that was an uplifting listen which was performed brilliantly by Cathleen McCarron.  I was totally engrossed and savouring every moment while I was listening to this book.  I didn’t want this story to end!

I absolutely loved Eleanor and her quirky character!  She had me laughing out loud at times and feeling for her so much at others.  I wanted to be her friend!

I really enjoyed GAIL HONEYMAN’S writing style, narrative, and how the storyline was delivered as I was entertained and interested in Eleanor’s life to the very end of the book. There was even a mystery in the storyline in Eleanor’s past which created some suspense to the story.

To sum it all up it was a unique, heartwarming, and heartbreaking story that left me feeling hopeful that through Eleanor’s strength and courage she will be completely fine. Would highly recommend!
