Top Ten Tuesday: Books on my Fall TBR #travelingsistersread #travelingfriendsread

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.  This week’s topic is Books on my Fall TBR.

A Ladder to the SkyA Ladder to the Sky by John Boyne

I will be starting this one here real soon with The Traveling Sisters.  I have some high expectations for this one because I loved The Heart’s Invisible Furies.  It’s getting some great reviews.  I can’t wait to get started.

Little DarlingsLittle Darlings by Melanie Golding

Coming up in October for the Traveling Sisters.  Not sure what to expect from this one.  I am thinking it just might be an interesting group read.

The CraftsmanThe Craftsman by Sharon J. Bolton

I loved the books I have read from Sharon J. Bolton so I am excited to dive into this one.  I also have Daisy in Chains I want to dive into soon.

The Hate U GiveThe Hate U Give by Angie Thomas

I have heard so much about this one and recently read a few reviews and now I really want to read it.  It is an Upcoming Traveling Friends Group Read.

VoxVox by Christina Dalcher

This one has been compared to The Handmaid’s Tales and I am really curious about it.

The Handmaid's TaleThe Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood

I am on the second season of the Netflix series and still haven’t read the book.  I really need to start this one soon.

The Clockmaker's DaughterThe Clockmaker’s Daughter by Kate Morton

I haven’t read anything from Kate Morton but I have heard a few Traveling Sisters including Lindsay say how much they like her books.  So I am thinking it’s about time I give it a try.

Crazy Rich Asians (Crazy Rich Asians, #1)Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan

I am thinking I need a change a pace here soon and I think this one might just fit the bill.  It is an upcoming Traveling Friends Group read.

The Dream DaughterThe Dream Daughter by Diane Chamberlain

This is another Traveling Sisters Group read that I am looking forward.  I can’t wait to see what Diane Chamberlain has in store for us with this story.

A Spark of LightA Spark of Light by Jodi Picoult

Jodi Picoult is one of my favorite and go to authors.  This one was not available for me to request on NG.  I made a wish but it wasn’t granted.  So as soon as this one is released I am buying it and locking myself in my room till I am done reading it.

Stillhouse Lake (Stillhouse Lake, #1)Stillhouse Lake by Rachel Caine

Eight of our Friends joined in on this read and it was a hit for us!!  We were wearing happy pants after reading this one.  It’s not too late to join in on the discussion for this one.  Some reviews are now up on Goodreads.

Force of Nature (Aaron Falk, #2)Force of Nature by Jane Harper

We are off to a slow start on starting this one. I have just finished reading this one and I really enjoyed it.  It’s a fast, easy suspenseful read with just the right amount of drama to move this story forward for me.  I was turning the pages as fast as I could see what happened to our missing character.

Jar of HeartsJar of Hearts by Jennifer Hillier

There is just a few of us for this read.  I have started and I am hooked.  I am looking forward to the discussion for this one.
